The Operations Team employees are responsible for the ground handling process coordination and for weight and balance (computerized and manual).

They are also responsible for arranging and delivering operational documentation on board an aircraft, messages, contact with airlines’ operations control center and for direct communication with the cockpit crew.

Our staff are certified to perform weight and balance for ATR 42, ATR 72, Embraer 145, Embraer 170, Boeing 737-400/500/600/800, Airbus A319/320/321 and Boeing B757.
