Lost Luggage
Employees of the GDN Airport Services’ Lost and Found Office are obliged to follow procedures and directives prepared and issued by airlines' Customer Relations Departments.

If you don’t receive your baggage on arrival, our staff will:
- proceed with a baggage claim report
- advise you on the next steps of your claim

To issue a baggage claim you have to have your baggage tag and boarding passes from all legs of your trip.

Our employee will ask you a few questions regarding the details of your baggage like:
- type and color of your bag
- brand
- number of pieces
- any additional characteristic marks on your bag, i.e. additional        name tag



During your baggage claim processing, our employees check all airports you traveled from, add all your baggage details and enter your delivery address.

Every passenger has a right to report any baggage damage which occured during the trip. 
You have to remember to issue such claims before you leave the arrival hall.

Most airlines will not accept your baggage claim if you have left the arrival hall.
